The role
This role is the enabler for our entire on-site team. Nothing happens here without you—you are an integral part of the team and one of the most important hires we are making this year.
Office & Facilities

Full ownership of the Vienna office: interior design, contractors, repairs, equipment, office supplies, and catering

First point of contact – you solve problems before others even notice them

Onboarding

Every new hire is fully set up from Day 1 – desk, access rights, and equipment are ready to go

Organizing accommodation for international new hires
Finance Operations

Structured bookkeeping and account coding – nothing slips through the cracks

Collecting outstanding payments (including historical ones) via automated processes

Ownership of accurate customer invoicing and coordination with the Sales team
Executive Assistant Support

Support with press-related matters and document preparation for our management team

Organizing team events and offsites
What you bring

Meticulously organized, without losing sight of the big picture

Initial experience in office management, operations, or as an EA—ideally in a startup environment

A basic understanding of financial processes
