Job Summary

JV Management Consulting is urgently recruiting a detail-oriented and highly analytical Background Checks & Due Diligence Officer to support our verification and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct employee and candidate background checks.
• Verify academic qualifications, employment history, references, and other relevant information.
• Carry out due diligence investigations in line with company procedures.
• Prepare detailed and accurate verification reports.
• Identify discrepancies, potential risks, and red flags.
• Maintain confidentiality and properly manage sensitive information.
• Liaise with relevant institutions, organizations, and referees during verification processes.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of completed checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant discipline.

• Experience in background verification, investigations, compliance, audit, or a related field is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

• Ability to conduct thorough research and follow up on information.
