The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build backend services and AI agents for finance workflows, owning a small module of the product from design through production and working closely with the people who run the process today.
What you'll do

Develop and maintain backend services that power AI agents in a finance product.

Shape the prompts, tools, evaluation suites and safety controls that govern agent behavior.

Spend time with accounting professionals to understand their workflows before automating them.

Contribute to front-end work when a problem requires it.

Requirements

What we're looking for

One to four years of backend engineering experience.

Experience building and putting AI agents into production.

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related engineering discipline.

Willingness to work on-site in New York City five days a week.
