About the Role 作为 Riot 中国在研项目组的一员，你将与多元化团队协作，面向全球玩家开发与优化新一代游戏服务。岗位聚焦于服务端功能模块的开发与维护，确保系统稳定、高效与安全，并持续提升核心系统的性能。
What You'll Do
- 负责游戏服务端功能模块的开发与维护，保障服务稳定、高效与安全
- 实现和优化服务端核心系统，包括用户数据、战斗逻辑等相关支撑模块
- 持续改进服务端性能，定位并解决线上和测试环境中的技术问题
- 参与服务端相关工具开发，提高开发与运维效率
- 与客户端、策划等多团队协作，高效推动功能实现与体验落地
- 跟踪主流服务端技术动态，并将优秀实践和新技术应用到项目中
What We're Looking For
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上服务端开发经验，计算机相关专业优先
- 熟悉C++、Java或Golang等主流服务端编程语言，具备扎实的编码和调试能力
- 熟悉高并发、分布式系统、常用中间件（如消息队列、缓存、数据库等）的开发与优化
- 能独立负责细分模块或业务功能的开发、测试及维护
- 具备良好的分析和问题定位能力，能高效响应并解决线上业务问题
- 善于跨团队沟通与合作，把控开发进度，确保需求高质量落地
- 具备持续学习和自我提升意识，关注行业新技术动态
Nice to Have
- 计算机相关专业优先（本科及以上学历）
