We are seeking a highly skilled Sitecore Developer to join a team responsible for building and enhancing a modern, enterprise-scale digital platform. This role is ideal for a senior engineer with deep expertise in Sitecore, .NET development, and Headless CMS architectures. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting scalable web solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. This position requires strong hands-on technical abilities, architectural understanding, and the ability to mentor and support other developers.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise web applications utilizing the Sitecore platform, building custom Sitecore modules, components, and integrations, configuring and extending Sitecore features including content management, personalization, and digital experiences, and supporting content delivery across modern headless architectures. You will develop scalable solutions using C#, .NET Framework, and related technologies, design and implement integrations with external APIs, third-party applications, analytics platforms, and business systems, develop and maintain GraphQL-based solutions and integrations, and participate in technical design, architecture discussions, and implementation planning. Work within a modern Headless CMS environment, support integration between Sitecore and modern frontend frameworks, collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless communication between presentation and content layers, and contribute to architecture and best practices supporting scalable, decoupled solutions. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams, troubleshoot, optimize, refactor, and improve existing codebases, support CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment processes, and ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions. Work closely with developers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders, participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and planning activities, mentor junior team members and contribute to technical growth across the team, and help drive technical standards and engineering best practices.
Experience required includes 8+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Sitecore, advanced proficiency with C# and .NET Framework, experience with Sitecore Headless development, Sitecore Accelerator (SXA), Sitecore Content Serialization, GraphQL, PowerShell scripting, and integrating enterprise applications and APIs. A strong understanding of SQL Server and search technologies such as Solr, experience utilizing Git, Bitbucket, or similar version control systems, experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices, and strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and refactoring skills, plus experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred qualifications include experience with modern frontend technologies such as Next.js and React, experience with Sitecore cloud environments, experience designing or supporting large-scale enterprise content platforms, understanding of digital marketing, analytics, or personalization integrations, and experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring development teams.
