Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust server-side applications and databases. This position requires a strong focus on system performance, scalability, and seamless integration with front-end services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems and APIs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and technical specifications.

• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and efficiency.

• Develop database schemas and write complex queries to support business logic.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members on engineering best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and system issues in a timely manner.

• Implement unit tests and automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study.

• Experience: Proven experience in backend software development with a strong track record of building enterprise-grade applications.

Skills

• Proficiency in Java and open-source backend technologies. Strong understanding of database management systems, API development, and software design patterns.
