Job title: Back of House & Inventory Associate
About the Role Join Burberry's Retail Offline team to support store back of house operations. You will manage inventory, receive stock from hub or warehouse, ensure accuracy and report discrepancies, support omnichannel stock pulls, and maintain a tidy, compliant stockroom. You will also conduct quality control, assist with aftersales (alterations, repairs, personalization), and help with events and other store needs as required.
What You'll Do
- Manage all aspects of inventory control including receiving stock orders from hub/warehouse and verifying accuracy, reporting discrepancies
- Support sales team with timely stock retrieval, including Omnichannel and stock pullback
- Keep back of house tidy and compliant with Retail Operations and Standards
- Perform quality control on all products and report issues to store lead
- Support aftersales processes (alterations, repairs, personalization) to elevate client experience
- Ensure stockroom equipment is working and raise any concerns through Ask services
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks: answering calls, liaising with customer service, stationery and supermarket orders, general admin
- Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, stock taking and other duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software
- Ability to work well in a team in a busy store environment
- Previous experience with SAP desirable

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 22.00 - 22.50 per hour
- Base salary is part of total compensation and may be complemented by commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs
