About the Role We are looking for a Back-End Java Developer to join our team and work on high-impact projects in a hybrid work model with flexibility. Location: Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain back-end Java applications and microservices aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, reliable software architectures.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to DevOps practices. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Java 8+ and Spring Boot (microservices)
- 2+ years of experience in software architecture (scalability, reliability, design patterns)
- 5+ years working with SQL databases
- Experience with Git, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, IntelliJ or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience leading technical teams, with concrete examples of leadership in projects
- Fluent English (B2+), mandatory, used daily
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (mandatory) Nice to Have
- Experience with PL/SQL
- Worked with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Knowledge of Angular
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Compensation & Benefits
