About the Role Renault Group offers an apprenticeship position at the Maubeuge plant, attached to the compliance and customer satisfaction service. You will digitize vehicle incident tracking and contribute to KPI tracking and a robust quality assurance matrix, supporting the launch of new vehicle versions and integrating potential failures into an MQA project. What You'll Do
- Standardize the analysis of reception incidents in the CUBE tool and deliver an analysis report for processing and arbitration.
- Follow up, analyze, and communicate incidents with partners (Nissan and Ford).
- Digitize internal processes for incident tracking and deploy KPI monitoring with a robust quality assurance matrix.
- Participate in the launch of new vehicle versions and prepare variations to integrate potential failures into an MQA project. What We're Looking For
- You are pursuing a BAC+5 Master/Engineer in data & IA or equivalents.
- Knowledge in database processing, data, artificial intelligence and vision recognition.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Autonomous, rigorous and organized.
- Eager to participate in the automotive industry.
