About the Role Renault Group offers an apprenticeship in CRM project management (BAC+5) within the Marketing France CRM pole. You will work with experienced teams on concrete projects to gain hands-on skills while pursuing your degree. What You'll Do
- Accompany project managers in implementing National CRM/PRM campaigns: create campaign supports (mailing, emailing, and SMS), define targeting and measure performance.
- Create local materials to support the network's communications.
- Assist in thinking and analyzing My Renault / My Dacia customer spaces and applications (including mobile apps).
- Work on customer loyalty and acquisition strategy. What We're Looking For
- You are pursuing a BAC+5 degree and want a 24-month apprenticeship starting January 2027.
- You master the Pack Office.
- You are known for your rigor, adaptability, and dynamism.
- You are excited to participate in the automotive industry of tomorrow.
