Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships across corporate, education, and development sectors.
- Build and manage a strong partnership pipeline from prospecting to signed agreements.
- Develop partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, and presentations.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and coordinate successful implementation.
- Secure sponsorships, grants, and employer partnerships while tracking performance through CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in partnerships, business development, stakeholder engagement, or related roles.
- Proven track record of closing strategic partnerships with measurable results.
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Education, Workforce Development, Manufacturing, Construction, Real Estate, Energy, or Facility Management is an advantage.
- Established networks across Nigerian corporate, education, or development sectors are a plus.
