Job Description

Support the Global B2B Marketing team in creating, gathering and loading content for our B2B newsletters to increase the awareness on Accor as the expert for B2B solutions in hospitality. Work across all Global Sales segments to deliver key marketing assets, as well as support and marketing activities that generate meaningful connections with clients and promote Accor’s portfolio and services.

YOUR MISSIONS:

• Creation of new content: image selection & resizing, copywriting.
• Gathering content: content needed for B2B newsletters, find and adapt to the audience e.g. from B2C, brand marketing and loyalty teams.
• Integration of content: creating newsletters and e-cards in Salesforce Pardot using gathered and created content including translations.
• Collaboration with marketing agency: support in the briefing, delivery and proof-reading processes with our marketing agency.
• Support B2B Marketing Managers in creating marketing assets in line with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing collateral, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist the team by researching and sourcing the right content to be used in B2B adverts, campaigns and communications.

Qualifications

• Sales, Tourism or marketing, communication degree
• Good communication skills in writing and spoken
• Native French, Fluent level of English spoken & written - additional language is a plus
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Entrepreneurial spirit

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Well organized and creative

• Proactive and autonomous

• Digital native able to understand the back office of technical platforms

• Team worker

• Candidates should be comfortable using creative design tools such as Canva/Adobe Photoshop, and PowerPoint, be familiar with emailing tools like Stripo, Mailchimp. Knowledge of Salesforce or Pardot is a strong plus.

• The position will be located in Paris (Issy Les Moulineaux) - training for 6 MONTHS

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• Any experience as marketing coordinator or above.

• Any experience in Sales departments on communication and trade marketing
