About the Role This Azure Cloud Admin position is remote anywhere in Mexico with DigitalOnUs by Tech Mahindra. The role focuses on Azure administration, SSL and SPN certificate renewal, production deployments and post-release debugging to ensure stable cloud services. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment alongside IT engineers, architects and DevOps specialists. What You'll Do
- Perform hands-on Azure cloud administration including SSL and SPN certificate renewal.
- Manage IAAS and PAAS service deployments and patching activities on Azure cloud.
- Deploy to Prod, Pre-Prod and UAT environments and troubleshoot post-release issues.
- Troubleshoot issues in Power BI and Citrix environments.
- Utilize Snow ticketing tools to track incidents and requests.
- Collaborate with teams and support continuous delivery with robust, scalable processes. What We're Looking For
- Hands-on Azure cloud admin experience with SSL and SPN certificate renewal.
- Azure 104 Admin certification is a plus.
- IAAS and PAAS service experience of 5+ years is mandatory.
- Experience deploying on Productions and debugging issues after release.
- Experience with Snow ticketing tools.
- Experience troubleshooting Power BI and Citrix issues.
- Experience with Azure patching activities.
- Experience deploying in Prod, Pre-Prod and UAT environments. Nice to Have
