About the Role Tech Mahindra Mexico Cloud is seeking an Azure Administrator to manage Azure IAAS/PAAS deployments, certificate renewal, and production support from a remote Mexico location. The role requires hands-on experience with SSL and SPN certificate renewal, plus 5+ years in Azure administration and experience deploying in Prod/Pre-Prod/UAT. Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with ticketing and monitoring tools are expected. What You'll Do
- Manage Azure IAAS/PAAS deployments across Prod, Pre-Prod, and UAT environments
- Perform SSL and SPN certificate renewal hands-on
- Troubleshoot PowerBI and Citrix issues
- Use ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing tools for incident and change management
- Conduct patching activities on Azure cloud
- Support production deployments and debug issues after release
- Collaborate with IT engineers, architects, and customers What We're Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience working as Azure admin
- SSL and SPN certificate renewal hands-on experience
- IAAS and PAAS service experience of 5+ years is mandate
- Azure deployments in Prod, Pre-Prod and UAT environments
- Experience deploying to Production and debugging post-release
- Experience with SNOW ticketing tools
- Experience troubleshooting PowerBI and Citrix issues
- Experience patching on Azure cloud
- Azure 104 Admin certification is a plus Nice to Have
