About the Role Manufacturing production helper focused on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment used in machining, processing, assembly or packaging to meet production orders. What You'll Do
- Set up production equipment and supplies before executing job orders.
- Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
- Maintain equipment in good and safe working condition; perform regular maintenance to protect capacity and quality.
- Inspect equipment to identify replacements, malfunctions, and repairs.
- Repair and clean equipment as needed; assist junior operators in their duties.
- Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to move production equipment between warehouse and work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation. What We're Looking For
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment used in machining, processing, assembly or packaging.
- Willingness to perform routine maintenance and basic repairs; attention to equipment health and quality.
- Ability to inspect, diagnose malfunctions, and coordinate repairs.
- Team player who can assist junior operators and communicate effectively.
