Ayudante de Cocina - Opening Mama Shelter Mexico City

Responsabilidades Principales

• Apoyar en la preparación de ingredientes y mise en place para los diferentes servicios de cocina.
• Elaborar preparaciones básicas siguiendo recetas, procedimientos y estándares establecidos.
• Mantener la limpieza y el orden de las áreas de trabajo, equipos y utensilios.
• Cumplir con las normas de higiene, manipulación de alimentos y seguridad alimentaria.
• Colaborar con los Chefs de Partie y Sous Chefs durante la operación diaria.
• Participar en el montaje y abastecimiento de estaciones de cocina.
• Asegurar el correcto almacenamiento, etiquetado y rotación de productos.
• Reportar oportunamente cualquier incidencia relacionada con equipos, productos o seguridad.
• Contribuir al control de desperdicios y al uso eficiente de los insumos.
• Participar activamente en las capacitaciones y programas de desarrollo culinario.
• Apoyar en la apertura del hotel y en la implementación de nuevos procesos operativos

Qualifications

• Perfil del Candidato

• Experiencia previa de 1 año en cocina, prácticas profesionales o posiciones similares deseable.

• Estudios técnicos o formación en Gastronomía, Cocina o áreas afines será una ventaja.

• Conocimiento básico de técnicas culinarias y manipulación higiénica de alimentos.

• Actitud positiva, disposición para aprender y pasión por la hospitalidad.

• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y en entornos de ritmo dinámico.

• Organización, atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, fines de semana y días festivos.
