About Us

NuVista AI is a U.S.-based technology company helping organizations modernize through artificial intelligence, data, and cloud solutions on AWS. We partner with businesses to deliver scalable, secure, and measurable outcomes across cloud modernization, data platforms, generative AI, and intelligent automation.

We specialize in cloud migration, data modernization, generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, AIOps, and technical staffing. Our team supports organizations across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, media, the public sector, and technology.

About The Team

You will work with leadership, account managers, solutions architects, marketing professionals, and delivery teams to grow NuVista AI’s AWS consulting business.

Our team collaborates with AWS field teams to identify customer needs, develop qualified opportunities, and deliver practical technology solutions. You will connect AWS relationships, partner programs, and customer opportunities with NuVista AI’s sales and technical capabilities.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AWS Partner Sales Manager to build AWS field relationships and drive AWS-sourced consulting pipeline across priority U.S. regions.

You will work directly with leadership, sales, and our solutions architects to build the AWS channel that feeds our pipeline. While account managers own customer sales, you will develop the relationships and programs that bring customers to NuVista AI and help those opportunities progress.

You will build coverage with AWS Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Partner Development Managers, and Partner Development Specialists, making it easy for those teams to bring NuVista AI into customer opportunities. You will also use AWS programs, funding, and Marketplace transactions to help move engagements forward.

This role is ideal for someone who already has AWS field relationships and understands that strong co-selling results come from consistent, useful engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Carry a target for AWS-sourced and AWS-influenced consulting pipeline and contribute to services bookings across the United States.
  • Proactively identify and qualify consulting opportunities through AWS field relationships, joint account planning, and co-selling activities.
  • Build and maintain a documented coverage plan identifying priority AWS teams, customer accounts, segments, and regions, with a cadence that keeps each relationship active.
  • Work with AWS sellers and NuVista AI account teams to turn customer introductions into discovery meetings, proposals, and closed engagements.
  • Drive the AWS partner programs, competencies, and Marketplace activities most relevant to our consulting business, including professional services private offers where appropriate.
  • Identify, secure, and manage available AWS funding across MAP, POA, and generative AI programs, from eligibility and approvals through execution.
  • Equip AWS sellers with the pitch, qualification questions, and collateral they need to position NuVista AI.
  • Run joint marketing and event activities with AWS, including education-led programs and targeted field activities.
  • Manage clear handoffs between AWS-sourced opportunities and NuVista AI account teams while staying involved to help progress active deals.
  • Report AWS-sourced and AWS-influenced pipeline, opportunity conversion, bookings, opportunity registration, and program status to leadership on a regular cadence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Current or recent experience at an AWS consulting or professional services partner in a partner sales or alliances role, with specific AWS field relationships you can describe.
  • At least five years of experience in partner sales, alliances, or channel roles, carrying a quota or pipeline target.
  • Working knowledge of AWS partner activities, including ACE opportunity registration, funding program rules, competencies, and Marketplace private offers.
  • Demonstrated success turning AWS field relationships into qualified pipeline and closed consulting services revenue.
  • Experience selling consulting, systems integration, or professional services, with an understanding of how engagements are qualified, scoped, and sold.
  • Ability to explain the value of migration, data modernization, and generative AI services to a technical AWS audience.
  • Strong relationship-building, opportunity qualification, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Availability to collaborate with AWS teams and leadership during U.S. business hours.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience inside AWS in a partner-facing or field sales role.
  • Experience with AWS Marketplace professional services private offers and software co-selling programs where relevant.
  • AWS certification at Associate level or above.
  • Experience coordinating AWS-funded assessments, proofs of concept, and follow-on services opportunities.
