The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance, repair, calibration, and commissioning of equipment while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role coordinates with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics/service providers, support & provide guidance on the implementation of MedSurg service model, manages spare parts inventory, maintains service documentation & reporting and drives continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Service & Maintenance
- Coordinate and support equipment repair, troubleshooting, calibration, preventive maintenance, and commissioning activities.
- Develop and maintain equipment service schedules to ensure optimal equipment uptime and reliability.
- Monitor equipment performance and work with service providers to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Report device-related complaints to the Comp
