About the Role Join Rite of Passage as Awake Night Staff Youth Mentor at Mt. Evans Qualifying House in Idaho Springs, CO. This residential treatment role supports male youth ages 18-20 with overnight supervision, trauma-informed care, and progress documentation as part of evidence-based programming. A sign-on bonus is available. What You'll Do
- Provide overnight supervision and supportive mentorship to youth.
- Monitor safety, document progress, and coordinate with treatment team as needed.
- Promote positive growth through evidence-based interventions and programming. What We're Looking For
- Local resident with reliable transportation.
- High school diploma.
- 1+ year direct youth care experience.
- Age 21+ and able to pass background checks, drug screen, physical, and TB test. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $22/hr
- Schedule: Onsite, Full-Time
