About the Role The AVP, Reporting Lead for RiverX at Cross River will lead the reporting and analytics function with an AI-first mindset, combining hands-on technical work with people leadership to deliver high-impact reporting solutions across a geographically dispersed team. What You'll Do
- Lead a geographically dispersed reporting team, collaborating across time zones and locations
- Run all scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, refinements) with discipline
- Continuously improve team velocity, quality, and delivery predictability through data-driven coaching
- Provide stretch assignments to grow individual capabilities and expand the team's collective skill set
- Manage and enable competing stakeholders across CRB, balancing priorities with transparency and clear communication
- Serve as the single point of accountability for reporting delivery and program outcomes What We're Looking For
- Proven reporting/BI leadership
- Hands-on Tableau/SSRS/SSIS and Snowflake SQL skills
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Familiarity with Claude Code and AWS tooling
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent Nice to Have
- Experience with additional BI tools and cloud data platforms such as Power BI, QlikView, ThoughtSpot, and Tableau Pulse Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $140k-$160k per year
- Location: Hybrid in Fort Lee, NJ; Full-time
