Background Details
As the AVP, Product Development for RILA products, you will play a leadership role focused on shaping and executing the future of Lincoln's RILA product portfolio. This position is responsible for driving product opportunities and growth by identifying market opportunities, and developing differentiated solutions, for a rapidly evolving segment of the annuity marketplace. Working across the organization and with external partners, you will leverage industry expertise, market insights, and strong relationships to influence product direction and enhance Lincoln's competitive position. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of RILA products, the broader annuity landscape, and emerging trends that impact customers, advisors, and the industry.
