About this role
About the Role This enterprise sales leadership role at Infinx focuses on driving net-new revenue growth in healthcare revenue cycle management solutions. As the AVP of Business Development (Senior Director-level consideration), you will own the go-to-market strategy for a defined territory or solution portfolio, with success measured by new logo acquisitions.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise RCM opportunities ($1M-$10M+ first-year contract value) and drive net-new logo acquisition.
- Develop and execute a territory- or solution-specific go-to-market strategy; build whitespace and competitive account pipelines.
- Lead complex, consultative sales processes involving multiple stakeholders; close multi-solution revenue cycle engagements with hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory groups.
- Build credibility with CFOs, COOs, and revenue cycle leaders; establish Infinx as a trusted, long-term partner rather than a vendor.
- Partner with solutioning, delivery, and product teams to craft differentiated offerings and ensure successful post-sale delivery.
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting; represent Infinx in executive meetings and industry forums.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 12-20+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience.
- Proven success originating and closing new logos in revenue cycle management.
- Experience selling complex, multi-solution offerings with long sales cycles.
- Comfortable operating in markets without heavy inbound demand.
- Familiarity with offshore or global delivery models (strongly preferred).
- Healthcare revenue cycle certification(s) preferred.
- Motivated by uncapped upside and personal ownership of outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Offshore or global delivery model experience (preferred).
- Healthcare revenue cycle certifications are a plus.

- This is a performance-driven role with incentives weighted toward first-year contract value and significant upside for exceeding targets.
- Benefits include 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan; comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; Paid Time Off; Paid Holidays; Pet Care Coverage; Employee Assistance Program (EAP); and discounted services.
- Flexible work hours when possible and a dynamic, high-impact environment with executive visibility.
