- Oversee daily mortgage operations, including sales support, origination, processing, underwriting, and closing activities.
- Supervise employees, improve processes, and develop a high-performing team.
- Foster strong referral relationships to drive mortgage business and ensure operational excellence. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years supervisory mortgage experience
- 2 years college (Bachelor's preferred)
- Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, mortgage origination and underwriting systems
- Supervisory, training, communication, and process-improvement skills
- Familiarity with Encompass, Mortgage Loan Origination Software, automated underwriting systems
