About the Role Join Banc of California as AVP, Construction Disbursement Administrator. You will oversee the construction disbursement lifecycle, including draw processing, file auditing, and disbursement management for complex loan portfolios. What You'll Do
- Process draws and approve disbursements for construction loans.
- Audit loan files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage disbursement activities and related documentation.
- Coordinate with title, escrow, and UCC teams; monitor budgets and loan conditions.
- Support administration of complex loan files. What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of construction disbursement experience.
- Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
- Knowledge of construction budgets.
- Knowledge of title, escrow, and UCC basics.
- Ability to audit disbursements and manage complex loan files. Nice to Have
- IBS construction disbursement software familiarity.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000-$98,000 per year.
