Responsibilities
As an Aviation SME Technical Trainer, you will:

Conduct material and operational assessments of aviation equipment aboard US Navy Ships

Certify ships in the basic phase of training

Provide training and assessments at the senior technician level (often E8-E9 audience) and ship's wardrooms
-
Provide training to ship’s company on process improvement recommendations to all levels of the shipboard Chain of Command

Will be assigned to TMIT Blue
Qualifications
-
20 years of shipboard experience as an AB (Handling) or AB (Fuels)
-
Active Secret Security Clearance
-
Graduate of ABH or ABF A and C Schools

Requires recent experience conducting technical briefs at all levels of shipboard managers/technicians

Significant experience with aviation material and operational assessments
