About the Role An onsite AV Support Engineer based at client sites covering London and the South-East. This role is client-facing, requiring strong stakeholder skills, and you will be a primary contact for the AV team. You will have a deep technical understanding of digital and analogue audio/video signal processing and familiarity with AV engineering in complex environments such as auditoria, boardrooms, and AV-equipped meeting rooms. What You'll Do
- AV device management including configuration and installation of devices (Poly, Crestron, AMX, Cisco, Yealink, Logitech) and Microsoft Teams solutions
- Routine testing and troubleshooting for projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers and LCD/Plasma displays
- Preventative maintenance and coordination with OEMs for resolutions
- Assist with meetings/functions requiring AV infrastructure (audio, video conferencing, webcasting, visual display, control systems such as AMX/Crestron)
- Manage ticket queue, setup and breakdown of onsite meetings, and daily system testing; remote testing for regional offices
- Videoconferencing operation including call setup, session testing and consultation on best connection type
- Establishing and testing individual and group VC sessions with user support
- White-glove support for VIP meetings and events What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience of AV support in a corporate environment
- High level of experience with Microsoft Teams and O365 integration
- Good knowledge of Windows-based devices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service focus
- Ability to work autonomously, balance multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with changing priorities
- Stakeholder management and ability to work from different office locations in London and the South-East when required Nice to Have
- CCNA Video and CCNA Routing & Switching desirable
- Vendor certifications such as Poly, Crestron (CTS), AMX, Cisco, and Microsoft desirable Compensation & Benefits
