The AV Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to HEDSouth's Engineering team, managing staff workload and scheduling to keep deliverables on track.

Your Contribution to HEDSouth:
- Workload Management: Coordinate engineering staff assignments and deliverable schedules
- Tasks: Create/track tasks and flag scheduling conflicts
- Cross-Team Coordination: Link between Engineering and Sales, PM, Procurement, Installation, Programming, and Service
- Documentation: Process and distribute drawings, equipment lists, specs, and project docs
- Reporting: Generate weekly engineering status/schedule reports

- Bonus if you know Microsoft Teams/Office, CAD, I-Point, Bluebeam, or AV/automation systems
