We are hiring an AV Investment Manager to join Zenith Media and help shape outstanding TV, Video and Cinema campaigns for some of the UK's most exciting brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded media professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking, strong relationships and exceptional campaign delivery. You'll play a key role in driving performance, creating value for clients and mentoring a talented team, all while working within a collaborative AV function that genuinely invests in career development and growth

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

• Lead a team of AV specialists to deliver high-quality TV, Video and Cinema campaigns that achieve client objectives and KPI targets.
• Build and manage strong partnerships with media owners to unlock added-value opportunities and maximise campaign performance.
• Drive excellence across campaign delivery, ensuring deadlines, quality standards and operational requirements are consistently met.
• Work closely with planning teams to create a seamless experience for clients and ensure campaign activity aligns with strategic objectives.
• Use audience insights, data and media tools to identify opportunities and strengthen campaign effectiveness.
• Share market intelligence and industry developments with colleagues, helping to keep clients and teams informed and ahead of the curve.
• Support and develop team members through coaching, guidance and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

Skills we're looking for:

• Proven experience in AV planning and buying across TV, Video and Cinema channels.

• Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing negotiations with media partners.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across clients, teams and media owners.

• Experience leading, supporting or mentoring team members to deliver high-quality work.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data, insights and market knowledge to guide decision-making.

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Curiosity, creativity and a willingness to challenge thinking in pursuit of better outcomes for clients
