Skilled AV Install Tech AND Programmer You Are:

Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ. Your Location:

Your Contribution to Echo Workshop:
- Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents
- Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron)
- Mount devices at the ends of those wires (AV/Network/Control/Lighting/Shading)
- Build and lace equipment racks
- Advanced setup and configuration of devices
- Advanced understanding of networks
- Advanced troubleshooting of devices
- Programming of Lutron/Control4/Crestron/Savant
- Train clients on use of systems
- Speak Spanish (not required)
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ yrs experience working in Resi/Commercial AV
- Retrofit Skills: Mastery of sheetrock cutting and wire fishing techniques.
- Low voltage cabling wizard
- Self motivated w/ passion for Custom Electronics
- Attitude for learning & Personal Growth
Echo Workshop's Contribution to You:
- $40/hr-$50/hr – Yup!
