About this role
We're looking for an AV Technician to install and service high-end smart home systems in premium homes across Los Angeles. There's a clear path to grow from Technician to Lead Technician to Service and Programming.
You Are:

Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ. Your Location:

Your Contribution to OneButton:
- Install audio, video, and home theater systems (TVs, projectors, speakers)
- Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Speaker, Control, RCA)
- Build and lace network racks
- Install lighting control and keypads, motorized window treatments, intercom, surveillance, access control, and WiFi
- Commission, configure, and test systems
- Read and interpret construction plans, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Coordinate with contractors and other trades on active construction sites
- Troubleshoot and service existing systems
Your Ideal Background/Experience:

2+ years of experience in AV, low-voltage, smart home, or a related trade

Basic electrical and networking knowledge Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with Lutron (HomeWorks QS, RadioRA), Savant, Control4, or Crestron

Access control and intercom systems (2N, Siedle, smart locks)

CEDIA, Lutron, or manufacturer certifications; OSHA 10/30
