An experienced residential AV/ technology system designer that has specialized in luxury residential for many years. You are good with people and feel comfortable collaborating with a sales team along with direct client interaction. You love technology and are passionate about the creation of systems that enhance the lives of clients and enjoy working with a team to deliver on that goal. You Have:

Experience taking residential technology projects from proposal through construction, including system design, equipment selection, and documentation for field installation. Strong AutoCAD skills. Familiarity of control systems (Control4/Savant), networking, and lighting/shading. A steady work history, a pleasant disposition, and high EQ. Your Location:

Your Contribution to Cantara:
- Own the technology design on each project from proposal to final installation: system design, equipment selection, scope of work, and proposal.
- Build and maintain the drawing set as the project changes: device placement, system layouts, WiFi coverage plans, coordination and production drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and builders. Attend build-team meetings and site visits.
- Prepare change order documentation with the Project Manager.
- Deliver as-builts and closeout documentation for service handover.
