AUXILIAR SOPORTE AL CLIENTE
Objetivo de la posición
- Brindar un servicio excepcional de atención al cliente, garantizando una comunicación efectiva y proactiva relacionada con los servicios de envíos, recolecciones y logística ofrecidos por la red Estafeta.
Funciones o actividades del puesto
- Resolver dudas y brindar soluciones relacionadas con envíos de recolecciones y entregas.
- Monitorear el estatus de envíos en el sistema y apoyar en la coordinación de entregas puntuales.
- Atención principal al cliente, vía correo electrónico de forma diaria y resolver inmediatamente sus dudas.
- Elaborar reportes en Excel con información precisa del estatus y avance de las entregas.
Requerimientos
- Educación mínima requerida: Preparatoria o carrera técnica concluida.
