- Objetivo del puesto
- Atender oportunamente las solicitudes del área de control de envíos, asegurando el cumplimiento de indicadores y la satisfacción del cliente.
- Funciones del puesto
- Escanear entradas y salidas de los envíos en el área asignada.
- Brindar atención y apoyo a clientes, asegurando un servicio eficiente y de calidad.
- Gestión de los diferentes clientes (bancos).
- Escaneo de servicios para su gestión correcta.
- Envío de correos diarios
- Requerimientos
- Escolaridad mínima: Bachillerato
- Capacidad para manejo de clientes
- Trabajo en equipo
