Original description: Gestionar un volumen alto de llamadas en un entorno de Call Center orientadas a cajeros automáticos, sucursales y bóvedas, y ayudar a resolver problemas o requerimientos durante las mismas llamadas, con la velocidad de atención y cumpliendo métricas, contratos y normativas de Banorte, garantizando el servicio de ATMs, sucursales y bóvedas de cara a los clientes finales.
What You'll Do
- Agilizar la respuesta y salida de múltiples llamadas, minimizando abandonos de llamadas.
- Ofrecer atención de calidad a clientes internos (áreas del banco) y externos (proveedores).
- Identificación de necesidades y problemas para brindar soluciones eficientes y rápidas.
- Recolectar información y ejecutar la documentación necesaria de acuerdo con la reportería.
