Job title: Auxiliar de Montagem
About the Role The Auxiliar de Montagem will support shop-floor assembly activities within ANDRITZ Hydro, assisting technicians and handling basic tasks to help keep production running smoothly. This hands-on role focuses on basic assembly steps, tool handling, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Assist sector officials with activities such as fastening parts, supports, tubing, cabling and trays, and help locate small hand tools.
- Assist in cleaning, inspection, and storage of equipment and tools.
- Assist in essential tasks such as washing parts, deburring, sanding and cable routing.
- Support quantitative checks on receipt of materials.
- Assist in the manufacturing of devices or maintenance on equipment.
- Operate basic tools such as screwdrivers and Phillips head.
- Perform tasks involving basic unit conversions, such as meters and kilograms.
What We're Looking For
- Complete elementary education (Ensino fundamental completo).
- Technical or vocational course in related areas is a plus.
- Technical skills: manual tool handling; basic knowledge of mechanics and assembly; organization and control of materials; interpretation and conversion of units of measure.
- Strong desire to learn and progress with ANDRITZ Hydro.
