Objetivo principal del puesto:

• Apoyar en la ejecución de actividades de mantenimiento y conservación de equipos, infraestructura e instalaciones del almacén, contribuyendo a mantener condiciones seguras, funcionales y óptimas para la operación, mediante el cumplimiento de los programas de trabajo, procedimientos establecidos y estándares de seguridad.

Actividades:

• Apoyar en la ejecución de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de equipos e instalaciones.
• Realizar trabajos de conservación de edificio, incluyendo pintura, resanes, tablaroca y acabados.
• Apoyar en el mantenimiento de andenes mecánicos, cortinas seccionales y puertas de acceso.
• Apoyar en actividades de mantenimiento de sistemas HVAC.
• Realizar limpieza y lubricación de equipos e infraestructura.
• Ejecutar reparaciones menores en instalaciones eléctricas, mecánicas e hidráulicas bajo supervisión.
• Apoyar en trabajos de soldadura, corte y fabricación de estructuras menores.
• Apoyar en la aplicación y reparación de piso epóxico.
• Realizar recorridos de inspección para identificar anomalías y condiciones inseguras.
• Mantener el orden y limpieza de talleres, cuartos técnicos y áreas de trabajo.
• Apoyar en el control e inventario de herramientas, materiales y refacciones.
• Cumplir con los procedimientos y normas de seguridad establecidos.

Escolaridad:

• Secundaria y/o preparatoria o carrera técnica

Experiencia:

• Experiencia mayor a 1 año en mantenimiento general de edificios, almacenes, centros de distribución o instalaciones industriales.

Conocimientos:

• Experiencia básica en pintura, tablaroca, soldadura y reparaciones generales.
• Experiencia en uso de herramientas manuales y eléctricas.
• Conocimientos básicos de electricidad, mecánica e infraestructura.
• Deseable experiencia en mantenimiento de andenes y sistemas HVAC.
