The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Autonomous Coding Adoption Specialist evaluates and optimizes AI-driven medical coding technologies. You will analyze coding performance data, identify opportunities to scale automation, and pinpoint areas of concern. This role requires collaborating with clinical, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze Automation Data: Review autonomous coding outputs against benchmarks to evaluate performance metrics.
- Identify Opportunities: Find clinical scenarios, charts, or specialties ready for increased automation.
- Mitigate Risks: Detect systemic AI errors, compliance drops, and data anomalies.
- Communicate Insights: Collaborate with reporting team to develop clear data reports to present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
- Escalate Critical Concerns: Route software bugs, compliance gaps, and edge case
