About this role
Do you want to work for one of the top shops in the country, make excellent income, and have a pension plan that only some government agencies offer?
We are a reputable, second-generation family-owned, professional and clean auto repair shop in Glenwood, Maryland for 48 years. We have expanded to 4 locations and continue to grow an average of 20% per year. We believe that this growth is attributed to our employees; and we share most of our profit back with them through our profit-sharing plan, 401K matching and pension plan. Our employees have been with us an average of 17 years. We are a true Mechanics Marketplace Best Workplace.
Our culture is based on 4 pillars: GROWTH – ACCOUNTABILITY – SYNERGY – OWNERSHIP. Growth comes through business and personal growth; Accountability is about being accountable for ourselves, our work and each other; Synergy is about working together as a team to achieve our goals and ensure customer satisfaction; Ownership is about being responsible for the quality of our workmanship and be able to depend on the person doing a given job.
We have great, affluent clientele and we are extremely busy because of the quality repair and service we provide.
We’re looking for a career employee; well-rounded and productive. We believe in continuous learning, and we reward ASE and dealership certifications. If you believe you have what it takes and you’re ready for a positive change in your life and career, we’re interested in speaking with you and showing you around.
