About the Role Fred Beans Ford of Washington is immediately hiring Automotive Service Technicians and Mechanics in a team-focused environment within Fred Beans Automotive Group. This role emphasizes performing routine maintenance and diagnosing issues to ensure reliable vehicle repair and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on various vehicle makes and models.
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and special service tools to efficiently complete repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and participate in ongoing training programs. What We're Looking For
- Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics, and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issues.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to participate in training programs.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $30,000 - $100,000 per year.
