Join Junge Ford North Liberty as an Automotive Service Technician. This role focuses on diagnosing vehicles, repairing systems, and test-driving cars using diagnostic tools, with opportunities for growth within the dealership group. Certifications are not required, but a solid mechanical background is ideal. What You'll Do

Perform repairs and maintenance per repair orders efficiently and per dealership standards

Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues

Diagnose, maintain, and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and other systems

Communicate with Service Advisor about additional needed services and provide estimated time for repairs

Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications What We're Looking For

1+ year automotive technician experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Valid driver's license

Mechanical background; Ford Certification(s) a plus

Ability to use diagnostic equipment and phone apps

Positive, friendly attitude; eager to learn

Experience at an automotive dealership is a plus

Capable of using phone applications for inspections Nice to Have
