This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment. Automotive sales experience is a plus, but candidates with a strong background in customer service, retail, or sales are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
• Build relationships with potential buyers and identify their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Present available vehicles and explain features, options, and benefits.
• Conduct vehicle walk arounds and arrange test drives.
• Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, texts, and emails.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and returning customers.
• Work toward individual and dealership sales goals.
• Assist customers with the purchasing process and required paperwork.
• Maintain knowledge of available inventory, vehicle features, and current promotions.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience from initial contact through the sale.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.

• Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, outgoing personality with a customer-focused mindset.

• Self-motivated and driven to meet goals.

• Comfortable making follow-up calls and communicating with prospective customers.

• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Ability to work a flexible dealership schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
