Automotive R&D Financial Analyst
FORVIA HELLA is seeking its next great R&D Controlling/ R&D Financial Analyst to join our team. The primary function of this role will be to provide financial analysis on program and divisional initiatives. This individual will be joining a well established and growing global team that is helping to move the automotive market forward.

- Reporting and Controlling activities – SAP and Business Warehouse (Headcount, CAPEX, R&D expenses/capitalization,
- Inter-Company reconciliation, Tracking of Customer Reimbursements, Customer Owned Tooling)
- Support month-end/quarterly/year-end closing activities in the area of responsibility
- Support for project cost planning/cost center planning/capital investment planning
- Analyze budget/forecast vs. actual deviation to facilitate program teams to meet their targets
- Assist in external audit preparation, tax preparation, customer claims
- Responsible for daily tasks as maintaining master data, costing, and procurement workflows
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Automotive/Mobility industry experience
- Analytical skills, good communication and independent working
- Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills
