About the Role Join ZF in Gliwice as Automatyk/Automatyczka Utrzymania Ruchu to maintain and optimize automated manufacturing lines for braking systems within the Chassis Solutions division. You will operate in a modern industrial environment, ensuring production readiness and driving improvements on the shop floor. What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections, controls and rounds
- Carry out day-to-day repairs and overhauls of machines and equipment
- Eliminate production stoppages in the assigned area and analyze root causes
- Analyze and operate PLC/NC programs and implement changes and corrections
- Diagnose technical problems and implement effective solutions
- Report completed tasks in the CMMS system What We're Looking For
- Engineering degree or technical diploma in automation, robotics, mechatronics, industrial electronics or related fields
- Knowledge of electronics and automation systems controlled by Siemens (FANUC experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of operation of industrial robots (FANUC and KUKA is a plus)
- Ability to read and use technical, electrical and mechanical documentation
- Authorization to operate electrical equipment up to 1 kV
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system
- Problem-solving mindset, willingness to learn and implement improvements while maintaining high level of responsibility
- Polish language at least B2 and English at least A1 Nice to Have
- Experience with FANUC or KUKA robots is advantageous Compensation & Benefits
