About the Role
Join ZF as an Automation Technician (Midnight Shift) in the FutureStarter program at the Fowlerville, MI plant. You will help shape the future of mobility by maintaining and optimizing automated systems used in Gen1 Integrated Brake Control production, with an off-shift schedule and potential opportunity to move to a preferred shift over time.
What You'll Do

Perform highly skilled corrective machinery/tool maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of robotic systems, PLC, vision systems, pneumatics, and more

Perform preventative maintenance programs on production equipment (i.e., cleaning, retooling, oil-changing, calibrating, aligning, etc.)

Assist in process improvements

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent

Minimum 2 years related mechanical or electrical experience; or applicable apprenticeship or in-house training program preferred

Off-shift availability with the potential to move to a preferred shift over time
