About the Role Join ZF as an Automation Maintenance Technician (FutureStarter program). You’ll be responsible for maintaining high-speed assembly equipment and test systems and helping to shape the future of mobility. This role supports both afternoon and midnight shifts to ensure production reliability. What You'll Do
- Perform corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on high-speed assembly equipment and test systems.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Assist in process design improvement and engineering studies to enhance efficiency and output. What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma/GED plus a minimum of three years related mechanical or electrical experience.
- Mechatronics/Electronics degree/certificate preferred but not required.
- Technical aptitude and strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge of PLC/SRC/RS LOGIX, Ladder Logic, robotic/vision systems; Familiar with robotic and vision systems.
