About the Role

We are seeking an Automation Engineer to design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines and production deployment workflows across multi environment AWS infrastructure. You will optimize build tooling, improve testing integration, and coordinate with Platform and Infra teams to ensure reliable deployments.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Harness, and Octopus Deploy.

  • Enhance GitHub Actions workflows and branching strategies; improve .NET builds and MSBuild performance.

  • Strengthen artifact management with JFrog Artifactory; streamline promotion across environments.

  • Improve integration between CI pipelines and deployment tooling; design Harness pipelines and manage Octopus Deploy lifecycles.

  • Maintain Terraform configurations for multi environment AWS infra; support EC2, Load Balancers, VPCs, IAM, Lambda, and EKS where applicable.

  • Improve monitoring and visibility with CloudWatch; assist with cost management and observability tooling (Datadog, Splunk).

  • Support IIS configuration, Windows Server administration, and SQL Server automation; maintain backup/restore strategies; ensure HA and production readiness.

  • Design automated tests for critical user and payment flows; integrate tests into CI/CD; support load and performance testing.

  • Foster consistency of validation across Dev, QA, UAT, Production aligned environments.

  • What We're Looking For

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience; 2+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and AWS DevOps; infrastructure automation with Terraform, Docker, or CloudFormation.

  • Strong understanding of AWS services including EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch.

  • Comfortable working in Linux and Windows environments; proficient with command-line, PowerShell, and scripting (Python, C#).

  • Solid knowledge of microservices, deployment pipelines, and production support; strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

  • Nice to Have

  • Experience with Harness, Octopus Deploy, or JFrog Artifactory.

  • Experience managing deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, Prod.

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.

  • IIS, Windows Server administration, or SQL Server automation.

  • Automated testing in CI/CD pipelines; monitoring and observability familiarity with CloudWatch, Datadog, or Splunk.

  • Experience with high availability or transactional systems; scripting languages such as Python, C#, PowerShell, or JavaScript.

  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: 56,648 - 95,000 USD per year. Benefits and wellness programs are offered. This role may be eligible for incentives; details provided during interview.
