About the Role Join P&G's Rakovník plant as Automation & Electrotechnics Engineer to drive advanced automation, digital solutions and Industry 4.0 initiatives across our manufacturing processes. You will work on creating, programming and optimizing automation systems, monitoring equipment performance and leading automation projects to improve safety, quality and productivity. What You'll Do
- Participate in development, implementation, maintenance and optimization of advanced hybrid systems
- Create innovative digital solutions with worldwide application
- Focus on creating, programming and optimizing automation systems
- Monitor conditions of existing equipment and optimize its performance and maintenance requirements
- Plan and lead the execution of automation projects to optimize production processes in an Industry 4.0 environment What We're Looking For
