Job Purpose
-
Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance and optimization of automation and control systems to ensure that production lines, utilities, and facility equipment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in automation, instrumentation, and control technologies to support site performance, safety, and sustainability.

Academic Background
-
Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechatronic, Automation, or Control Engineering (or related discipline).

Certification in Industrial Automation or Control Systems preferred.

Professional Experience
-
3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or process industries, preferably in automation and control systems (Delta V).

Experience with PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.), HMI/SCADA systems, and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus).

Minimum 1 year of experience in coordinating technical teams or external contractors.

Technical Skills
-
Strong knowledge of industrial automation, instrumentation, and process control principles.

Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and control systems.

Familiarity with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.

Good understanding of EHS and cybersecurity guidelines for industrial automation.

Knowledge in MS Office, SAP, and engineering software tools (e.g., TIA Portal, RSLogix, WinCC).
