Automatan Assistant Operator
The Automatän LG Labeler Helper is responsible for assisting the Automatän LG Labeler Operator with the set up and feeding sheets into the Automatän machine.
Essential Functions
- Set up machine for production runs.
- Wash machine after production runs.
- Restack and flip-flop units to reduce warp.
- Repair or assist maintenance in the repair of the machine as necessary.
- Fill in for the Automatan Labeler Operator in their absence.
- Check finished product for quality per customer specifications.
- Ensure quality is a work priority by being attentive to detail and accuracy and by actively seeking work process improvements. Quality is the responsibility of all employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Safety-sensitive position; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed.
- Ability to effectively work in teams.
- Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles.
- Ability to read a tape measure/ruler.
- Good mathematical skills.

- This is a 2nd shift position, Monday through Friday, from 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM.
- This position may be required to work overtime.
- The wage range for this position is $20.19 to $27.31 per hour, based on experience.
