We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Repair Training Instructor to join our team. If you have a passion for automotive technology and enjoy mentoring others, this is an excellent opportunity to help develop the next generation of automotive technicians.
- Deliver practical and classroom-based training in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, training materials, and practical assessments.
- Train students and apprentices in vehicle diagnostics, engine repair, electrical systems, suspension, braking systems, transmission, and preventive maintenance.
- Demonstrate the safe use of automotive tools, equipment, and workshop practices.
- Assess trainees' performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate training records.
- Keep training content current with industry standards and emerging automotive technologies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workshop.
- Mentor trainees and support their professional development.
- Must meet a target of enrolling minimum of 15 student every semester
- very good in the use of AI tools for better training capability
- able to partner with universities for skill training acquisitions
